Vinegar Coleslaw
Description
Vinegar Coleslaw offers a vibrant mix of green and red cabbage shredded finely and paired with thin carrot slices and scallions for subtle pungency. The dressing is based on apple cider vinegar sweetened lightly with honey, enhancing the natural crispness of the vegetables. After tossing the salad ingredients with a touch of sea salt, it is chilled to allow the tangy flavors to develop. The parsley adds a fresh herb layer, while toasted sunflower seeds introduce a nutty crunch, giving the slaw textural contrast. This coleslaw is suitable as a cold accompaniment to sandwiches, burgers, or hearty protein dishes.
