  • 1 beet hervida y cortada en cubitos, large
  • 1 potato hervida y cortada en cubitos, large
  • 1 carrot hervida y cortada en cubitos, Spanish: zanahoria grande
  • 5 gherkin pickles Russian style, in brine
  • 5 cucharadas green peas cooked
  • 150 g sauerkraut chucrut
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cucharadas white vinegar
  • 4 cucharadas vegetable oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. En un tazón, mezcle todos los vegetales y sazone con el vinagre, el aceite, la sal y la pimienta. Mezcle bien.
