Waldorf Salad

This Waldorf salad recipe is simple and delicious! I love to toss it with butter lettuce leaves for a fresh side dish or lunch.

Ingredients

Servings
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¾ teaspoon salt sea salt
  • black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 apple such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, chopped, tart
  • 2 cups celery 3 to 4 ribs, plus celery leaves for garnish, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 cup walnuts toasted and chopped, or pecans
  • cup parsley plus more for garnish, chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and several grinds of pepper.
  2. Add the apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, and parsley and mix to combine.
  3. Season to taste and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with more parsley and celery leaves and serve.
