This Waldorf salad recipe is simple and delicious! I love to toss it with butter lettuce leaves for a fresh side dish or lunch.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt whole milk
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¾ teaspoon salt sea salt
- black pepper freshly ground
- 2 apple such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, chopped, tart
- 2 cups celery 3 to 4 ribs, plus celery leaves for garnish, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grapes halved
- 1 cup walnuts toasted and chopped, or pecans
- ⅔ cup parsley plus more for garnish, chopped, fresh
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and several grinds of pepper.
- Add the apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, and parsley and mix to combine.
- Season to taste and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with more parsley and celery leaves and serve.
