Watermelon Lemonade
Description
Watermelon Lemonade starts by making a simple syrup from sugar and water, then cooling it completely. Fresh watermelon is blended until smooth and strained through a fine mesh to eliminate pulp and seeds, ensuring a smooth drink. The strained watermelon juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup are combined over ice, then topped with cold water to adjust concentration and chilled for immediate serving. The natural sweetness and juiciness of watermelon and the bright acidity of lemon create a balanced, thirst-quenching lemonade. This beverage is ideal for hot days when a cool, fruity drink is desired. Preparing the simple syrup and straining the watermelon juice contribute to a clear, well-integrated flavor and smooth texture.
