A perfect summer drink using watermelon simple syrup and mint! It's fruity, refreshing, and Delicious.

Ingredients
- ½ cup mint leaf fresh
- ¼ lemon wedge
- 1-2 oz simple syrup or any other watermelon liqueur, watermelon flavored
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz club soda
Instructions
- In a tall collins glass, muddle the mint leaves and lemon together until juiced and aromatic.
- Add ice to the top of the glass and pour in the watermelon syrup, vodka, and club soda. Stir until well mixed.
