This watermelon salad is loaded with juicy watermelon, tart raspberries and blackberries, and fresh mint.

Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon chopped or balled
- ½ cup raspberries fresh
- ½ cup blackberry fresh
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- pinch salt
- 3 mint chopped, leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently toss all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a small cookie scoop or melon baller to form balls of watermelon.
