This Watermelon Smoothie is a refreshing summer drink and the perfect way to use up extra fresh watermelon you have on hand!

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh watermelon , cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup whole frozen strawberries
- 1/2 frozen banana , cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup almond milk , or any other milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add the watermelon, strawberries, banana, and almond milk to a high-speed blender. Blend until very smooth.
- Taste the smoothie, and add the maple syrup if it needs extra sweetness. (You can also use half of a pitted Medjool date instead.) Blend again, and then serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
