Ingredients

  • 1 yellow corn tortilla chip Mission Organics® brand
  • 3 avocado peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
  • lime juice of half a lime
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and chopped, small
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend, scraping down the sides as necessary, until creamy and smooth.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with Mission Organics Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips.
