Whipped Greek Yogurt
Description
This Whipped Greek Yogurt recipe combines dense Greek yogurt with heavy cream, honey, and vanilla bean paste, then whips the mixture until medium stiff peaks form. The addition of heavy cream lightens the typically thick Greek yogurt, producing a creamy and airy texture unlike standard spooned yogurt. Honey provides natural sweetness and vanilla adds aromatic depth without overpowering.
The result is a versatile topping that complements desserts, crepes, granola, or fresh fruit by adding a luscious texture and mild sweetness. The whipping process transforms the yogurt into a stable, light cream that holds shape.
To make a chocolate variant, Dutch process cocoa and additional sweetener can be added during whipping, increasing the flavor range and maintaining the creamy fluffiness.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt such as Fage, 2% or whole, thick
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

Notes
