White Chocolate Martini Recipe

This White Chocolate Martini combines vodka with white chocolate liqueur, white crème de cacao, and half-and-half for a creamy, sweet cocktail. The glass rim is optionally dipped in melted white chocolate and crushed candy canes to add a festive sweetness and texture contrast. Shaking the ingredients with ice chills and blends the flavors for a smooth finish.

Description

The martini mixes equal parts vodka and white chocolate liqueur along with equal parts white crème de cacao and half-and-half, creating a rich, creamy drink with balanced alcohol and chocolate flavors. The half-and-half softens the alcohol and adds a smooth mouthfeel without excess heaviness.

Preparation involves chilling the glass rims with melted white chocolate and crushed candy canes, which imparts a sweet, textured edge that complements the drink’s taste. Shaking all ingredients with ice chills the mixture, mixing the flavors and slightly diluting for smoothness.

Serving immediately ensures the drink is cold and the rim decoration is intact. Variations of garnish include fresh strawberries, raspberries, chocolate shavings, or a dusting of cocoa powder for added visual appeal or flavor touches.
