Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 30 g white chocolate chopped (I use Callebaut, good quality

- 2 hots espresso or ¾ cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 ¼ C milk or non-dairy alternative, such as almond or soy, steamed

Instructions
