White Chocolate Reese's Fudge Recipe
Description
The White Chocolate Reese's Fudge Recipe features a rich mixture of white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme combined with chopped White Chocolate Reese's candies. A syrup made from sugar, heavy cream, salt, and butter is boiled and then poured over the chocolate mixture to create a smooth, creamy base. Half of the chopped Reese's pieces are folded in to add texture and bursts of peanut butter flavor throughout the fudge. The fudge is spread into a parchment-lined pan and topped with the remaining Reese's for a decorative finish. Chilling the fudge for several hours allows it to set properly, resulting in a sweet, dense treat that can be sliced into squares for serving.
Ingredients
- 1 bag White Chocolate Reese's
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
Instructions
- Peel off all the White Chocolate Reeses wrappers and cut into fourths.
- Put parchment paper on the 9x9 pan. (This keeps the fudge from sticking to the pan.)
- Put the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff in a big bowl. Set aside.
- In a pan melt the sugar, heavy cream, salt and butter on medium heat until it starts to boil. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture into the bowl of chocolate chips and mix using a stand or hand held mixer until soft and smooth.
- Fold in half the White Chocolate Reeses. Pour into your pan.
- Sprinkle the rest of the Reeses on the top. Put in the fridge for 3-5 hours to let it set. Hope you like it!
