White Chocolate Strawberry Martini
Description
This cocktail mixes white chocolate liqueur and creme de cacao for a rich, sweet base complemented by vanilla vodka and half-and-half or cream for smoothness. Two strawberries are mashed or pureed with optional sugar to release fresh berry flavor and gentle tartness. The pureed strawberries are drizzled over the finished drink, adding a fresh, natural contrast to the creamy alcoholic mix. Shaking the ingredients with ice chills and dilutes the drink slightly, creating a balanced texture and layered flavor.
The drink is served in a chilled martini glass and can be garnished with an additional fresh strawberry for visual appeal and aroma. The recipe notes that one ounce equals two tablespoons, aiding in precise measurement for accurate tasting.
