My white peach popsicles are made with just one ingredient: ripe summer peaches.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe white peaches

Instructions
- Wash the peaches well. I do not peel them.
- Cut the peaches into chunks and discard the pits.
- Put the peaches into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. You'll see very tiny specks of the peel in the puree.
- Pour the peach puree into your popsicle mold. Insert sticks and freeze for several hours until solid. My mold takes about 1/2 cup of liquid per popsicle.
- Follow the directions for your particular popsicle mold for un-molding your pops. For a hard plastic mold like mine you will immerse the bottom in hot water for a few seconds and then slide the popsicles out.
- The popsicles will keep for a few days in the freezer.
