Description
White Sangria Recipe is made with sweet moscato wine paired with tropical and citrus juices, giving it a bright, fruity profile. The addition of ginger and melon liqueurs brings subtle spice and sweetness to the mix. Sliced and balled fruits contribute natural sugars and fresh textures to the drink, making each glass visually appealing and flavorful.
Once combined and refrigerated, the flavors meld together. Serving the sangria chilled and topping it with club soda adds a pleasant effervescence that lightens the drink, balancing its sweetness with bubbles. This beverage works well as a refreshing accompaniment to summer meals or as a casual party drink.
Ingredients
- 750 ml moscato wine Riesling is my second choice
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup ginger liqueur Domaine de Canton brand
- 1/2 cup Midori melon liqueur
- 1 cup cantaloupe balls
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 2 mandarin orange sliced
- 1 lime sliced
- 1 liter club soda chilled
Instructions
- Combine wine, juice and liqueurs in a large pitcher. Stir in the fruit and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, pour into glasses 2/3 full (make sure to scoop in some fruit) and top with club soda. Serve cold.
