  • 1 8 oz cream cheese cut into 1 inch cubes, block
  • Cup milk
  • 1 rotisserie chicken Shredded
  • 1 oz Rotel tomatoes and green chilis canned
  • 1 oz chopped green chilies canned
  • 1 Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix packet
  • 6 Bacon crispy strips, crumbled
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 8 slider rolls count package

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium low heat, melt the cream cheese with the milk.  Stir often while heating. You may have to whisk the cream cheese to get the lumps out.
  2. While the cream cheese is melting, Shred the chicken.
  3. Once the Cream cheese is melted, add the shredded chicken, Rotel, green chilis, ranch mix and bacon and stir well.  Continue to heat over medium heat until bubbly.
  4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool enough to handle easily.  Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Scoop onto slider rolls and serve with sandwich fixings.
