  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 chilies finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Place a wok or pot over medium heat, then pour in water, white sugar, white vinegar, and dark soy sauce. Stir the mixture and cook until the ingredients are well combined and bubbles begin to surface, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced red chilies, remove from heat, and serve immediately for the best flavor.
