  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 16- ounce package wonton wraps medium, 60 count
  • 1 16 ounce package fresh egg noodles or equivalent
  • 1 pound green leafy vegetables 3-4 baby bok choy or yo choy stems per serving, 1 iceberg lettuce, etc
  • 4 cups broth chicken or vegetable
  • 2 cups water
