Ingredients

  • 1 c full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ c Dijon mustard or a mixture of Dijon and whole-grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium jar, combine the ingredients for the sauce. Adjust salt.
  2. Serve as a dipping sauce for roasted meat or as a chicken marinade.
