  • 50 gram mosterdzaad
  • ½ tl kurkuma voor kleur
  • 50 ml citroensap
  • 1 el extra vierge olijfolie dan niet vetvrij
  • 2 el water meer indien nodig
  • 1 tot 2 el rauwe honing
  • 1 nufje Keltisch zeezout

Instructions

  1. Optioneel (om makkelijker te kunnen blenden): week de mosterdzaadjes 4 uur in het citroensap.
  2. Doe alles bij elkaar (behalve het water) en mix.
  3. Voeg indien nodig water toe.
