Zesty Parsley Tomato Pasta

This zesty parsley and tomato pasta dish is so simple: pasta tossed with fresh Parmesan cheese, doused in zesty Italian dressing and topped with cherry tomatoes and parsley. Only seven ingredients and one pot, and you are set for a fantastic meal.

  • 1 pound pasta of choice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 cups Italian dressing zesty
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped, fresh
  • 1 (10-ounce) cherry tomatoes container of
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in 1 pound pasta of choice, and follow the package directions to cook the noodles.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, cut up 1 (10-ounce) container of cherry tomatoes by halving or quartering them. Remove the stems and chop ¼ cup fresh parsley.
  3. Drain the noodles, and rinse them in cold water to cool them down. Add the drained noodles to a large bowl. Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper, and 2 cups zesty Italian dressing.
  4. Add in 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, the cut tomatoes, and chopped parsley. Toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
