Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda
  • 64 ounces lemonade
  • ½ cup Kool-Aid powder blue raspberry
  • 1.75 quart lime sherbet
  • 2 bags gummy worms
  • 2 bags candy brains
  • 2 bags candy body parts

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon-lime soda and lemonade in a large punch bowl.
  2. Add blue raspberry powder and mix until well combined.
  3. Top with scoops of lime sherbet, do not mix in.
  4. Garnish with gummy worms, eyeballs, brains, etc.
  5. Serve in individual glasses with two gummy worms hanging off the side.

Notes

  • Scoop the sherbet into muffin tins before the party to save time making it right before the party. That way you can just pour the drink, add the blue raspberry mix, and immediately add the sherbet on top right before serving. No messy scooping or dealing with sherbet last minute.
  • Don’t make this ahead of time. It takes less than five minutes to make so just make it last-minute right before serving. That way the sherbet doesn’t all completely melt and all the gummy candy doesn’t just sink and disappear.
  • Add two gummy worms to each cup ahead of time rather than a bowl of gummy worms to add their own. They’ll never stick with jus two. Plus, the gummy worm garnish is kind of like the fun added sprinkle rim on mocktails!
  • Don’t double the recipe to start. Stick with the basic recipe then add more when you run out (again, super quick to make). Doubling it can totally throw off the taste with the added sherbet on top.
  • If you want to add smoke to this Halloween punch, you can add a small amount of dry ice into the punch. If you do this, you need to make sure an adult is serving the punch and that no one gets dry ice in their actual glass since it can be harmful to eat/drink directly.
