3-Ingredient Cranberry Brie Bites

3-Ingredient Cranberry Brie Bites are mini appetizers made by lining mini muffin tins with crescent roll dough, filling them with pieces of creamy Brie cheese, and topping with cranberry sauce before baking until golden and puffy. The combination offers flaky, buttery pastry paired with mild melted cheese and a sweet-tart fruit topping.

Description

This recipe creates bite-sized pastries filled with soft Brie cheese and cranberry sauce, nestled inside crescent roll dough cups. The dough is rolled out and cut into squares that fit into mini muffin tins, forming small cups. Each cup is filled with a piece of rindless Brie and topped with cranberry sauce before baking.

Baking at 375°F until the dough is lightly golden ensures a flaky and tender crust while the Brie melts gently inside. The cranberry sauce provides a bright tartness that offsets the mild richness of the cheese, creating a balanced flavor in each bite. These are suitable for holiday gatherings or casual snacks, combining easy preparation with elegant results.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 8 oz crescent roll dough refrigerated in a tube
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce homemade or store bought

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Liberally spray two mini muffin tins with baking spray and set aside.
  3. Roll the crescent roll dough out on a clean surface. Pinch the pre-cut creases back together, then cut the dough into 24 roughly equal squares. (I cut 6 columns from the top and 4 rows from the side.)
  4. Place each crescent dough square into the prepared mini muffin tins, pressing down to form a cup.
  5. Cut the brie into 24 pieces, discarding any rind, and place one piece in each cup.
  6. Top each bite with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until dough is lightly golden and puffy.
