With just 3 ingredients, this dragon fruit smoothie is so easy yet packed with vitamins!

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit 140 g
- 1 banana*
- ½ to 1 cup milk can use dairy-free, 120 to 240 mL
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, starting with ½ cup milk and adding more as needed to reach your desired consistency. Optionally add 1 or 2 Smoothie Enhancers (see notes.)
Notes
- *Don't like bananas? You can replace the banana with ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt!

- Smoothie Enhancers: 1 Tbsp chia, flax, or hemp seeds, 1 Tbsp nut butter, ½ scoop protein powder, ½ cup spinach or kale (will make the color less pretty)
