  • 2 cups chopped pineapple 150 g
  • ½ cup coconut water can sub milk or coconut milk, 120 mL
  • 2 cups ice alternatively, freeze pineapple before blending

Instructions

  1. Add 2 cups chopped pineapple, ½ cup coconut water, and 2 cups ice (if using) to a blender and blitz until smooth, optionally adding flavor add-ins.

Notes

  • Storage: Any leftover smoothie can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container. You can also freeze it in an ice cube tray and reblend with a splash of liquid.
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • ½ cup of passion fruit pulp, 1 cup of strawberries
  • ½ cup of plain or vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
  • For added fruit: 1 cup of mango, 1 banana, ½ cup of passion fruit pulp, 1 cup of strawberries
  • For added nutrition: 1 cup of spinach or kale
  • For creaminess: ½ cup of plain or vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
