  • 4 coops vanilla ice cream or hazelnut
  • 2 hots espresso
  • ½ ounce Irish cream liquor such as Bailey's, or Frangelico, optional

Instructions

  1. Make 4 shots of espresso using a Jura machine. 
  2. Place a scoop of ice cream in each bowl. Pour espresso over ice cream. Add Bailey's or Frangelico if using.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an alcoholic version, add one shot of Irish cream, Kahlua, or Frangelico to the espresso before pouring it over the ice cream.
