Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash, halved and insides removed
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Notes
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Follow the directions on how to prep, cut, and coat the squash in oil/spices.
- Add the squash to a baking dish, then place into the oven.
- Set the timer to 50-60 minutes. Depending on the size of the squash you may have to add 5-10 more minutes. When the squash is fork tender and you can remove the flesh with no resistance, it’s done.
- One serving is ½ a half of acorn squash.
