Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are crispy on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside. What's even better? They cook up in half the time it would take to bake them in the oven.

Ingredients
- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil vegetable or canola oil
- kosher salt to taste

Instructions
- Scrub potatoes thoroughly with cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Using a fork, poke holes all over the potatoes.
- Brush potatoes with oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and be sure they are not touching. Air fry at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Potatoes are ready if a fork can slide in easily when poked. If potatoes still feel firm, bake for another 5 minutes.
