													Bang Bang Chicken made easy in the air fryer! You'll love this crispy, Panko-breaded chicken smothered in a creamy, spicy-sweet sauce.

                                Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
 - 1 large egg
 - 2 tablespoons milk
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour divided
 - 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - Cooking oil spray
 
Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 1/8 cup Sweet chili sauce
 - 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
 - 1 teaspoon honey
 
Instructions
- Cube 1-1 1/2 pounds chicken breast into bite size pieces.
 - In a shallow dish or pie plate, add 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour. In a separate dish, beat together 1 large egg and 2 tablespoons milk. In a third dish, combine 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt and , 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
 - Working one at a time, dip chicken into the plain flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip them into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumb/flour mixture, making sure to coat them thoroughly.
 - Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 5 minutes.
 - Place the chicken cubes into the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd the basket. Spritz the chicken with cooking oil spray to coat the dry flour coating.
 - Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes, then flip the chicken over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until they reach a safe internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
 - Toss the cooked chicken in the bang bang sauce and serve hot with a garnish of green onions or chives.
 
Bang Bang Sauce
- In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/8 cup sweet chili sauce, 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce (or to taste), and 1 teaspoon honey. Stir until smooth and combined.
