 - ½ cup cornstarch
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
 - oil for frying

For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
 - ¼ cup Sweet chili sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha
 - 1 tablespoon honey

For Serving:

Instructions
- Step 1: Marinate the Chicken – Soak chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
 - Step 2: Prepare the Coating – Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
 - Step 3: Coat and Fry – Dredge chicken in the flour mixture, shake off excess, and deep-fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
 - Step 4: Make the Sauce – In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
 - Step 5: Assemble the Sliders – Toss fried chicken in bang bang sauce, place on slider buns, add lettuce and pickles, then serve warm.

Notes
- Make Ahead: Fry chicken ahead of time and reheat in an air fryer before serving.
 - Customizing the Flavor: Add extra sriracha for more heat or use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lighter sauce.
 - Serving Suggestions: Pair with fries, coleslaw, or a side salad for a complete meal.
 - Allergy-Friendly Options: Use gluten-free flour and buns for a gluten-free version.
 - Storage Tips: Store leftover chicken separately and reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
