Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms
- 1 eggs
- 1 garlic glove
- small bunch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- oil use cooking oil spray

Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms, remove the stem with the help of a small knife, then clean them with a damp cloth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370F degrees.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.In anotherv bowl pour the breadcrumbs.
- Mince the garlic and parsley and add it to the breadcrumbs along with the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Dip the mushrooms first in egg and finally in breadcrumbs, repeat this step twice, and lay them on a plate.
- With the help of a kitchen brush, or a spray oil , lightly oil the basket of the air fryer.
- Lay the breaded mushrooms on top, being careful not to overlap them,and oil spray on top.
- Cook for about 10 minutes at 375F degrees, until golden brown. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
- Serve the breaded mushrooms piping hot accompanied by your favorite dip.
Notes
- Frying: Pour oil into the frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the mushrooms a little at a time, maximum 6, it then depends on the size of the pan.
- Fry for 6 to 10 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking, for even cooking.
- Remove mushrooms from oil and place on a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Oven: Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
