Air Fryer Carrot Fries Ingredients
- 1 lbs (450g carrots about 4 large carrots cut into sticks, or start with store bought pre-cut carrots
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- salt to taste
Instructions
Air Fryer Carrot Fries Instructions
- Mix together the ingredients in a bowl and then set aside.
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400F / 200C.
- Add the carrots to the air fryer basket making sure they are in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning over halfway through.
- Serve the Air Fryer Carrot Fries either warm or at room temperature.
Oven Baked Carrot Fries Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and then set aside.
- Preheat to 400F / Fan assisted 180C / 200C / gas 6.
- Place the carrots in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, turning half way through or till done.
- Serve and enjoy.
