Description
Air Fryer Cauliflower uses whole cauliflower florets tossed in olive oil and a mix of turmeric, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese before roasting in an air fryer. The seasoning lends a warm, earthy, and mildly smoky flavor enhanced by the Parmesan's richness. Cooking at 390°F for 12–15 minutes crisps the edges while keeping the inside tender.
The cauliflower is garnished with fresh parsley and served with lemon wedges and a preferred dipping sauce to add brightness and extra flavor. Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower cut into florets, large head
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric ground
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped, fresh
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
Garnish:

- favorite dipping sauce
Instructions
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add all the other ingredients to a medium bowl, stir to combine.
- Add to the cauliflower then toss until the florets are well coated in the seasoning.
- Roast in the Air Fryer at 390°F (200°C) for around 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Keep an eye on the cauliflower, as it can burn easily, check every 5 minutes and make sure to shake the basket for even roasting.
