Air Fryer Chicken Legs

Ingredients
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Heat air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for at least 5 minutes.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup olive oil over the 10 chicken drumsticks and rub to coat.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Mix until evenly blended.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the drumsticks. Rub to coat thoroughly, including under the skin if desired.
- Place drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (204°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer once the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured with a meat thermometer.
- Let rest 1–2 minutes before serving. Serve hot.

- Note: There is no need to spritz chicken legs with oil if you are using a flavor variation with citrus juices.
