This is seriously the best 15-minute air fryer granola recipe ever! It's chunky, naturally sweetened with honey, and made with six simple and healthy ingredients like rolled oats, coconut oil, and your favorite nuts.
Share:
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ⅓ cup nut of choice (almond, walnut, pecan, or peanuts) roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well to combine.
- Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper (this is important). Pour out the granola mixture and press down using a spatula to create an even layer.
- Air fry at 330°F for 8 - 12 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Check at the 5-minute mark to ensure the granola is not burning. The granola will continue to “darken” as it cools.
- Remove the basket from the air fryer at let it cool for 5 - 10 minutes before you try to remove the granola from the basket. Now, grab the edges of the parchment paper, remove the granola from the basket, and lay it out on the countertop to cool completely.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- * Don't use quick oats or steel-cut oats for air fryer granola.
- Honey: You can use maple syrup too.

- Vegan: Make this air fryer granola recipe vegan by substituting honey with maple syrup.
- Nut-Free: Easily make this granola recipe nut-free; just omit the nuts.
- Storing: Store your homemade granola in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 – 3 weeks.
- Freezing: Add your air fryer granola to a sealable freezer bag and freezer for up to 3 months.
