													These Air Fryer Potatoes are a delicious savory side that are low in fat and perfect to pair with any meal. Dip them in your favorite sauce and satisfy your fry craving in a healthier way!

                                Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. petite sized Yukon Gold potatoes (725g)
 - 2 tsp olive oil (10g)
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp garlic
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 1/4 tsp paprika
 
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F.
 - Wash potatoes well then slice into quarters. You may need to cut some into sixths or eighths if it's a larger potato - we want the potatoes to be the same size so they cook evenly.
 - Place potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, garlic, black pepper, and paprika. Toss to evenly coat.
 - Add potatoes to the air fryer basket, without over crowding the pan. Cook for 10 minutes, use a wooden spoon to toss around/flip, then cook again for another 5-7 minutes.
 - Take out, let cool, and serve immediately with ketchup, skinny special sauce, or other condiment of choice!
