Instructions

  1. Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a fork to mix.
  2. Put the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and salt in a bowl and mix it with a fork.
  3. Take a frozen ravioli out of the bag and dip it in the beaten egg.
  4. Then dip it in the bread crumb mixture, covering it well.
  5. Put it on a cutting board while you dip more.
  6. Once you have enough dipped to fill the basket preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes.
  7. Then add the ravioli to the basket in a single layer. Don't crowd them and don't stack them.
  8. Spray them with oil in a spray bottle.
  9. Cook at 400F for 7 minutes. After 3-4 minutes you can pull out the basket, flip them over, and spray them with more oil. This is optional, but it will make them a little bit crispier.
  10. If you want to cook the rest of the bag make another batch.
  11. Serve with marinara or other dipping sauce along with fresh herbs and more Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • You can add extra seasoning to the breadcrumbs such as basil or Italian seasoning. Or buy already seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • Don't use commercial cooking spray in your air fryer. It can damage the finish on the basket. Use a spray bottle with oil.
  • You might need to adjust the cooking time. I used mini ravioli, larger ones will need a longer cooking time. If you cook them too long the cheese will leak out.
  • Thawed or refrigerated ravioli can also be used. You will need to reduce the cooking time by about 2 minutes to 5 minutes.
