Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken

This air fryer rotisserie chicken has become my go-to whole chicken recipe. With crispy, golden skin and juicy meat, it's the easiest way to replicate rotisserie chicken at home.

Ingredients
- 3 lb (1.5kg) whole chicken giblets removed from the cavity
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chicken seasoning
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels on both sides.
- Pour the oil over the chicken and rub into the skin.
- Sprinkle over the seasoning, ensuring the entire chicken is covered and remember to season the cavity too.
- Place the chicken, breast side down, in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F/180°C for 20 minutes.
- Turn the chicken over and cook for another 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken until the skin is crisp and golden and the internal temperature reaches 162°F/72°C on a meat thermometer.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer then allow to rest for 10 minutes, loosely covered with foil.
- Carve and serve.
