Apple Bread recipe bursting with cinnamon and apple pie filling! You'll love this easy 5 ingredient recipe for a delicious comfort food treat!

Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 can apple pie filling 20 oz
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup cinnamon/sugar blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray two 9x5-inch loaf pans with baking spray, or grease and flour. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add apple pie filling first. Mash apples with a fork, or cut into small pieces.
- Add flour, cake mix, cinnamon, and eggs. Mix just until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle tops genererously with cinnamon/sugar blend.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
- Store in airtight container for freshness. Serve warm with ice cream.
Notes
- Grease and flour the loaf pans. Occasionally I’ll even put parchment paper in the bottom just to be safe.
- Do NOT over mix the batter. Mix just until everything is combined.
- Slice with serrated bread knife for best results.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or homemade whipped cream
- If your bread cracks on top, it’s okay! That’s nothing to worry about.
