Applebee's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Applebee's Spinach Artichoke Dip combines softened cream cheese, whole milk, and garlicky Alfredo sauce with chopped artichoke hearts and thawed spinach. It’s enriched with Parmesan, Romano, and mozzarella cheeses for a creamy, cheesy texture. Baked thoroughly until hot and bubbly, this dip is served warm alongside tortilla chips, offering a savory spread with layers of garlic and cheese flavor accented by tender vegetables.

Description

This dip starts by blending softened cream cheese, whole milk, and pre-made Alfredo sauce seasoned with garlic to create a smooth, flavorful base. Adding chopped artichoke hearts and room-temperature spinach incorporates subtle vegetal notes and texture. Grated Parmesan, Romano, and mozzarella cheeses provide depth and richness as they melt during baking. The mixture is spread evenly in a prepared baking dish and baked at 350°F until the dip is heated through and lightly browned on top.

Applebee's Spinach Artichoke Dip is traditionally served warm with tortilla chips that offer a crunchy contrast to the creamy, cheesy dip. It works well as an appetizer or snack, encouraging sharing and dipping.
