This apricot smoothie has just 5 ingredients and the last one is optional. It's so easy! It has just the perfect amount of sweet-tart flavor and the strawberries really enhance the yummy apricot flavor. This is a healthy, energy boosting drink loaded with Vitamin's A & C with a good dose of fiber. Yum!

- 1 cup cold coconut water or cold filtered water
- 1 cup strawberries hulled (you can sub for 1 cup blueberries)
- 2 cups about 3/4 lb apricots, pitted
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp flax seed oil optional - adds a nice punch of Omega 3
