This smoothie is loaded with superfoods to get my day off to a great start.

Ingredients
- 1 banana peeled
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
Instructions
- Blend until totally smooth and serve immediately
Notes
- You can keep leftover smoothie in the fridge. It will separate and need to be shaken but it still tastes great.
