Artichoke Dip Phyllo Cups

Artichoke Dip Phyllo Cups combine tender artichoke hearts, garlic, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses to create a creamy, savory filling. This mixture is baked in crispy phyllo dough cups until hot and golden, making easy-to-eat, flavorful appetizers with a balance of richness and crisp texture.

Description

The recipe starts by preheating the oven and arranging frozen phyllo cups on a baking sheet. The filling is prepared by finely chopping artichokes and mincing garlic, then mixing these with softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped green onion, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.

The mixture is spooned into the phyllo shells, which are then baked until the filling melts and heats through, while the delicate phyllo crisps up. Optional garnishes like extra crushed red pepper flakes or fresh chives add color and flavor.

These phyllo cups serve well as finger-food appetizers for gatherings, offering a visually appealing and flavorful bite. The combination of tangy artichokes, creamy cheeses, and crispy shells makes them satisfying as a starter or party snack.
