Ingredients

- ⅓ cup olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Place broken noodles and cashews on a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes. Stir and bake another 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted. Remove from the oven and let cool.
