This fresh and delicious Avocado Mango Salsa is sweet and savory with lots of lime and cilantro. Great as an appetizer with chips or serve this over fish or grilled chicken!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango (peeled and diced)
  • 5 ounces Diced avocado (from 1 medium haas)
  • 1 plum tomato (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 Jalapeño (seeded and diced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients and let it marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
