This Avocado Salad Dressing tastes incredible on just about anything and is so easy to make right in your food processor or blender. Ready in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 avocado ripe
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil give or take
Instructions
- In the bowl of a small food processor or small blender, place mayonnaise, avocado, lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Stream in oil to achieve the desired consistency. Serve immediately or chilled.
Notes
- This recipe makes around 2 cups of dressing but the nutritional information is for 2 tablespoon portions.
