Avocado Salad Dressing

This Avocado Salad Dressing tastes incredible on just about anything and is so easy to make right in your food processor or blender. Ready in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil give or take

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a small food processor or small blender, place mayonnaise, avocado, lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stream in oil to achieve the desired consistency. Serve immediately or chilled.

Notes

  • This recipe makes around 2 cups of dressing but the nutritional information is for 2 tablespoon portions.
