Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the avocados in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add avocados to the blender and blend again until creamy and fully incorporated.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve chilled or warm gently over low heat, but do not boil.
