Instructions

  2. You can either smash the avocados or you can thinly slice them when serving them.
  3. There are many things to add on the top of the avocado after spreading it on top of the toast. A few things to help enhance the flavor would be adding a hint of lemon juice, 1 to 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Prepare the avocado and toast separately if storing; keep toast at room temperature up to 3 days and avocado covered with lemon juice in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
