Ingredients
- 2 lb beef flank
- 1 lb asparagus cut off ends
- 1 lb broccoli chopped into bite-size
- 1/2 purple onion chopped into bite-size
- 1 large bell pepper chopped into bite-size
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp pepper adjust to taste

Instructions
- Rub both sides of the beef with oil and salt. Bake at 400 °F for about 10 minutes.
- Add veggies to the baking sheet, season them with salt and pepper. Continue baking with beef for another 7-10 minutes, depending on how well you want it done. You can broil beef on high for about a minute, to brown it.
- Remove beef from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes. Slice it into strips and serve it with the veggies.
