Easy appetizer with baked feta and hot peppers

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces feta cheese in one or two pieces preferably, not crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dry

Instructions

  1. Turn on the grill (or broiler) in the oven to medium (you can also put it on your outside grill). Or you can preheat the oven 400 F (200 C).
  2. Place the feta in a large piece of aluminum foil, scrunch up the sides forming a little parcel.
  3. Add the olive oil on top, scatter the pepper and sprinkle with the oregano.
  4. Roast for about 10-15 minutes until the feta becomes soft.
  5. Serve immediately
